18s Elgin Swing Case 7 Jewel , 27411145 dates this watch to 1924.. Balance ok runs some at a 45 degree angle. Winds and sets fine. Crystal showing edge chips (not bad). Dial decent showing lite hairli

 

This is a Running Elgin 0 size 354 grade 15 jewel pocket watch. There is no crystal and I have not checked it for accuracy. It is also missing a hand and there is a hairline in the dial. See photos. P
