This is a one room dollhouse measures from the back of house to front porch 4 1/2'' x 7'' high x 4 '' wide sitting on a 5 1/4 x 3 3/4 base. I took several photos because I don't know a lot about toys

Neat brown swivel desk chair in great condition. Swivels freely with no breaks or cracks. Small "melt" mark on back of chair along with a few scratches from normal used played with condition.Very nice
