Up for auction is a Alaskan Soapstone Carving that is signed Sam Willie and behind that it reads Joe. It appears to be dated 3/8/53, but that could be a number, I do not know. It is hard to make out.

 

I am not an expert in spurs and dont know much about them. I got them from my grandfather. He told me they were post civil war spurs, I really have no idea how old they are. I couldnt find any marking
