THIS MACHINIST LEVEL IS USED BUT IN GOOD CONDITION.THIS LEVEL WAS MADE IN USA IN NEW BRITAIN CONN. THERE ARE A FEW SURFACE RUST SPOTS ON IT.IT NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING AND THERE IS NO NICKS ON IT.
