A few chips here and there. One repair on the bottom edge. Some paint peeling on the blue monster ( Ickis ). Any and all questions welcomed.

 

Obviously needs a little work to bring it back to great condition. No enamel chips but some surface scale. Base needs a polish. It appears to be complete but in no expert and I was told it was working
