OSMIA/FABER CASTELL 293 green/black lined fountain pen. Very special system (do not know if this is working). The nib is two-coloured gold, but need to be stretched. No cracks. Very nice colour.

 

This is my last one of these rare mechanical pencils. It is advertising Wapello Dairies in Iowa (I think). Says reach for the polka-dot carton. The top of the pencil looks like a polka-dot milk carton
