WELCOME TO JANE'S ATTIC :) This is a lovely vintage set of hinged bangle bracelet and clip earrings! They are crafted in what I think is lucite in a grayish tan color with a graceful sun or starburst

 

It is a small cuff only 6 1/8" from end to end, it is 15/16" wide. In mint condition....I tested it with 409 cleaner and got a positive dark orange of the top but I was not getting a clear reading off
