This is an antique from the 1950's needing to be displayed. It has been used but with a little TLC might be usable again. Comes with the box, leather bag, wrench, instructions.

 

Wheel is cast brass or perhaps bronze. Spokes are brass in the center and thread into the main wheel. The shaft and center screw are brass. The gear drive assembly is steel.
