This Authentic vintage glass fishing float was found on Hokkaido Island of northern Japan. Float with blue swirls running from seal button to half way down the body. No symbol or mark on the seal butt

 

Used boat compass it does not have a bracket but could be mounted on the bottom to a flat surfaceIt works fine
