The phone works for a land line. It has push button dialing, but is mainly for decoration.

 

11 of 12 are solid, one is broken, pieces in box. Box is rough. some have names on outside edge. Good luck.

 

It is in very good condition for its age and looks like the most original example I have seen. It is unmolested as far as I can tell and is ready and waiting for conversion. I have no idea if it works
