This is a TFT 6" female NH to 5" Storz adapter with a cap. It is in great shape but has some light damage to one of the 6" lugs you can see it in the pictures. I would say this is nearly new in condit

 

It looks to have never been used and is in very good and complete condition. It measures 4" long and was made in the USA. It is very sharp. It comes with the original leather sheath and has faux marbl
