We recently came across this vintage child's circus clown costume at a local sale that had been in a trunk for many many years. Based on the estate it came from and the materials used we believe it to

 

 

All 4 sets are tested and working. All 4 are 20 light sets. 3 cords are approx. 20' with a 17" lead and are straight line. The cord with all blue bulbs is petal style, it is a split cord and measures
