These were produced for AT&T in the 90's as a method to sell advertising on payphones. They were produced by AT&T and had a comcode number. I worked at a location that received them as scrap.

 

I discovered this phone at an estate sale some years ago, and think it might be from the 1950's. The rotary sticks, but bell seems to work. I never used it, only as a conversation/decorative piece. I
