This auction is for a set, four, antique / vintage baby stroller carriage, pedal car, toy car or wagon tire and wheels. Obviously, I do not know what it fits, yet I’m leaning towards wagon or pedal

 

I've had it for many years and used only for decoration. I have never tried lighting it up. I don't think it has a wick. The glass globe has no cracks. The metal is whole with some rust here and there
