This is a Microscope Slide Box to hold 144 slides (12 trays x 12). There are a couple of age cracks on the lid and a few marks on the wood and trays but you will be able to see these on the photograph

 

You are viewing a Drafting set with a Brown and Sharpe of Providence Rhode Island label on it in a beautiful inlayed wood box. This is (as far as I know) a complete set and is in good condition for it
