This is a Stanley 5 1/4 Junior Jack Plane with A Sweet Heart blade. These are rare and it is in very good condition.

 

Stanley Tools Charts. 18 total charts, so I believe this is almost a complete set. The only chart missing is Chart 35/36. The charts are 18 inches by 24 inches and on the bottom of each charts it says
