Here is a nice pair of Victorian style pieces. The pin is approx 1 1/2" long, and the bracelet piece is approx 2 3/4" long. They both appear to be Sterling, however I don't see that they are marked. T

 

Years ago I knew what this kind of enameling is called. It is applied in circular designs and you can tell the top pin is the oldest and best example with multiple different blue shapes that look like
