This is a vintage (not sure when the necklace was made due to the necklace pieces attached to the bakelite pendant), 3-layer, bakelite necklace; the necklace strands are made of a soft, cloth-like mat

 

Assorted blue and white colors total 25" long to be configure any number of ways. Beads in great vintage shape.
