Here is a classic Craftsman labeled version of the Stanley 78 rabbit plane in as-found condition. This one has made in USA cast into the side. These were probably made for Craftsman by Stanley or Sarg

 

This plane is clean with a nice blade and no nicks. I am dating it old because this plane does not have a kidney shaped hole in the lever cap and 1933 was about when everyone followed Stanley with the
