This is a vintage old carved bakelite bangle bracelet from around 1930's-40's. It is brown color with carved design all around bangle. It is in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks ready to

 

the necklace measures l6" long and has 7 multi color balls, I do not know if they are made of blown glass or plastic, they are very light and almost transparent, I think the photos tell the story the
