This is an old Anchor that I bought at a yard sale. The sellers found it in their garage which had other stored items from family members. They were not sure where it came from but thought it was old.

 

12" overall diameter x 4 1/2" tall. Wood pulley is appr.2 1/4" diameter x 2 3/4" wide. Holes in mounting base are spaced 2 1/2" on center. All metal parts are solid brass with natural old tarnish. Woo
