You are looking at the very nice preamp using ECC83(12AX7) tube This was made for using with recorder player so it is included phono stage. Amplier of age is about 20 years, I did test it in my system

 

Here is what I know. The tuning needle is missing, but presumably inside the case, on the bottom. The tuning string must be broken, because the tuning dial just spins and spins. I did not try hooking
