I picked up this lovely bracelet from a local garage sale today. It is quite pretty and the pictures really do not do it justice. I cannot find any markings on it but it is very ornate. It is 7" long.

 

I wish I was more educated on these, maybe someone can help me, but I picture these vintage pins on Liederhosen or a felt hat, they have a green fringe around them, and are just delightful....
