This toy has no manufacturer marks that I can see.. It is Bakelite plastic which is old stuff.. I see nothing broken with this I don't know what scale it is. It came out of an 85 year old mans house w

 

The hammer is shortened due to being chipped (see pictures) and the trigger drives the hammer, but the trigger does not return to it's position on it's own. Inside the chamber has a red discoloration
