This watch appears to be stamped 1 31 which would put its manufacture date at Jan 1931. Watch runs but may need a little work as the movement appears to hesitate at times.

 

For auction is a 7 jewel pocket watch signed B.H. Broer, Toledo, Ohio. The watch works. The dia. of the dial measures 1 9/16 in.The back of the watch shows wear.
