You are looking at a 1956 (ser. #AM660607) Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine with case and lots of extras! The machine and case do have some wear expected of a sewing machine that has been used

 

1940's Advance Pattern Dress 4607 Size 15 Bust 33 .  Pattern is complete including instructions. Envelope looks pretty good with just a tear to the envelope flap. 

 

Sweet little doll as found in original box....needs a good home. I am guessing the vintage is around the 1920's. I didn't exactly measure her but you can see from the picture #3 she is a little over 8
