This stands about 2 3/4" tall, not counting the handle. 4 1/4" across the bottom. No design on bottom, flat.

 

Here is a large early footed wire egg basket. The basket is unusual in its form which features collapsible sides which when extended form a full circular basket with a handle at the top for carrying.
