I think this is a pretty head and looks like a child. There is a hairline in the shoulder plate, but it feels secure. There are 'freckles' that are from the factory on the shoulder plate - see 3rd pic

 

This beautiful little German girl stands about 3 1/2 inches tall and is marked on the back of the dress Germany. She does not have any breaks, chips or cracks but does have some wear to the high spots

 

Doll has replacement eyes that will come with it made in Glasaugen W Germany and eye rocker Kid Body has some tears at neck line Fingers are good not nicks or chips Marked on back plate

 

Porcelain repro doll by Delton Products new never removed no smells no dirt no damage with stand

 

the doll is in wonderful condition . the toes of the compostion body are a little scuffed. 2 dresses were in the box with it and can go with it, not sure if they are original to doll The eyes do open
