Here is a nice looking 5 tube 4 band radio from about 1960 .This is a model GR-64. The radio works great on all bands and sounds terrific .It picks up all the local stations here and with a long wire

 

This is an old Kellogg wall phone. Looks like all the parts are there but being no expert, I cannot say for sure. Ear piece is an octogon-like shaped piece on the largest part which I hear is more rar
