You are looking at an old Vintage Primitive Cast Iron & Wood Barn/Hay Pulley block and tackle. It says H221 on one side and the other side says H222. The entire unit measures 11 1/2" long, 6" diam

 

Nice solid brass ships bell. It has some nice knot work on it. Taken off a 1970's Bertram hull Christ Craft Sport Fisher 34ft. It's complete and solid with a nice slip for easy mounting. It does show
