I love this piece - would look great on a black bear. It is a small padlock with key and chain - lightweight - it is 3.5 inches long. The key does not come out and padlock does not open. Very unusual

This is such an extraordinary, and I think rare antique toy Macaw parrot. He probably dates from the 1920's/30's and is very well made, although I have not found any obvious clues to his manufacturer.
