Here is a very cool vintage brass lantern, made by R.C. Murray & Co. out of Glasgow. Looks to be a hand held kerosene lamp. Brass, and glass. Standing nearly 8" tall.

 

Measures 15" by 15", metal plate with HMS VICTORY, British ship with flags, beautiful wood detail, found in a attic, needs a good cleaning, excellent condition.
