This was found in an estate and works as it should. I believe it is from ww2. Very nice shape. found a lot of medical tools. please look at my other items i have listed.

 

I know nothing about these devices - obtained from defunct ophthalmologist office Case tag: LUNEAU & COFFIGNON, PARIS - 7" X 2 1/2" VINTAGE INSTRUMENT: BUILBERT & ROUTIT, made in France HANDLE

 

this is a use unit it dose have some dust on it it is sold as seen in the pics and will come the the original case both item do have some wear as seen in the pic s
