It is in good condition but does not come with instructions. Instructions are easy to find online and it is easy to operate. One of the rivets are loose and the alluminum is a little bent in that spot

 

This antique service bell works and in great shape. Stands 5" T x 3" W.. It would make a great addition to a collection or stand alone!!

 

I think it is missing one weight- otherwise it's in excellent condition.
