This is in good shape weight is just under 5 lbs I do not see anything wrong with it. just needs cleaning. 12 inch dia for prop and 3/4 shaft dia. 121 stamped on prop. no returns on this old item.

 

These are very old Buoys. Some are wood, cork, hard plastic and styrofoam. There are 15 buoys the wooden ones are 6" long. The rope of them is 7 feet long.
