here is a pair of axe heads that are stamped SAGER CHEMICAL AXE and the date is 1947. both need cleaning and single bit has mushrooming where someone used it as a wedge to split logs. both still solid

 

Here is a vintage True Temper Kelly Works fire ax head. It would be good to add to a collection or with a new handle it would be as good to use. It weighs about 5 3/4 pounds. It is about 12 inches in
