This vintage cut glass perfume bottle is 3" tall and is 2 3/4" wide at the base. There are no chips and the pump does spray out some water. It probably needs a good cleaning inside. I cannot guarantee

 

THIS IS A GREAT LOT OF STOPPERS FROM 7 INCHES LONG TO 1 AND A HALF INCHES LONG. MANY VARIETIES AND COLORS. THE LOT IS BEING SOLD AS IS. SOME STOPPERS HAVE CHIPS MOST OUT OF THE ENDS. MOST ARE IN GREAT
