Not sure what this is. Cool little piece definitely has some age to it. Does pull out and extend about an inch. I can find no markings. There is a small tear on one end of the case. Great overall cond

Has never been removed from the box. This is approximately 50 years old. All parts, original box and instructions. Box does show some signs of age but is completely intact. Posted with eBay Mobile
