Nice little 17 jewel Waltham in a fancy base metal case. Movement is running but is a bit sluggish, it starts out sluggish then speeds up after a few minutes. Porcelain dial is nice with bold markers

 

Running & Keeping time size 12 ? and is in good condition, no rust, face is a bit faded.
