Set of 3 great condition out of a doctors office I just cleaned out dr has been in his office for 50 years an he says theve been there a long time

 

Vintage brass drafting and compass set from Milan, Italy. I know nothing about this whatsoever. It's in its original box which has a lot of wear. Needs to be cleaned. Box measures 7-3/4" x 3-1/4" x 7/
