This vintage Dietzgen compass is in good working order. There's a slide closure and a button is pressed when shut to keep the needle from moving. It measues 3 1/8 X 3 1/8 X 1 1/4 inches. The finish is

 

3 1/4" Wide x 3 1/4" Wide x 2 1/8" High Wonderful new reproduction scrimshaw carved bone box. As you can see this piece is tiled with ox bone on wood and decorated with a design typical of the period.

 

Here is a very good condition explosion proof light fixture. I cleaned it up a bit and ran the glass and cage through the dishwasher the actual light fixture was just wiped down by hand. This came out
