This is an 1870s Gold and Sterling Silver Sewing Thimble in nice condition! The Thimble is an East Lake style that has a geometric Gold Band that is marked with Teepees and alternating blank sections.

 

I think this cameo is fabulous. It is vintage, made of molded resin and is large in size, measuring 30X40mm. The fairy design is a lovely shade of cream in color on a black background adding extra dim
