I have done lots of research and am not an expert but I believe this may be a 19" Mary Hoyer doll. The face looks very much like the Gigi doll. There is no identifying mark on the back of the neck. I

 

Porcelain Doll: Body looks to have been handsewn. Not sure how old but guessing pre 1950's. Clothing in excellent condition. Loose stitching in crotch area but otherwise very sound. 8" tall.

 

The flowers are mint in package there are 12 bouquets of tiny asst colors in each bouquet they are old store stock. The label is on package made in Korea .They are perfect for your dolls dresses ,hats
