This is a Victorian watch chain with a picture locket fob marked W & H Co inside the front cover. The fob is attached to two chains. Both measure 7 3/4" long and the swivel head on each is marked

This is a really good quality with all the decoration being hand painted. I'm not sure if the faces are stone or clay or what but they are all hand carved. I'm not sure of the origin and I'm suprised
