You are looking at an antique, Victor Postal Scale made by the Pelouze Scale & Mfg. Co. of Chicago, IL.U.S.A. circa. 1897 by W.N.Pelouz. It is marked, Pat. Aug. 3, 1897, Mar. 29, 1898. This scale

 

This spool cabinet is sold as is shows wear estate fresh holds upto 140 of thread.It has only one sliding glass door only one present missing one and measures 23" long X 15" deep X 10" high.The finish

 

This lot consists of seven old printing blocks of various size and subjects. Two have wood block backs the other five have board backing. Two are signed with the initials "J.V.". All are in excellent
