Here is a blank make your own slide rule kit from Dyna-Slide. There is a no 21 blank with a sealed envelope that I assume holds the hardware and an instruction book. Not a common rule to find, get one

 

Merck 1961 Kidney Model with stand. Measures 4 1/2" x 6" with stand. Good condition. Kidney opens up to 3 parts. Don't know if other parts are supposed to come apart. Has some light dust in crevasses.
