snap on 1/4" ratchet and swivel. The swivel is missing the ball that helps hold the socket on. The ratchet seems to work fine. These are in used condition and please use photos for condition and feel

 

Strange but very functional old plane!   No makers marks, but could possibly be a Vaughan and Bushnell or similar.   Someone had done a lot of tinkering on this to fit a nice Hock blade.  Depth adj
