Here here is a vintage sterling silver boatswain whistle. It is working fine. The end of the whistle that the whole is in and where it is held has been pushed in on both sides. It is marked sterling.

 

This appears to be a masthead or anchor light, not sure, stands approx. 19 1/2 " tall with handle up and about 13 1/2" wide to outside of lens guard, lens is very good shape with no cracks or marks, f
