Up for auction is a 1940 Detrola antique tube radio model 304 in a compact walnut cabinet with top handle.This is a 5 tube AM radio with internal loop antenna and two rotary controls for on/off/volume

 

This little radio is in excellent condition cosmetically. Leather case and ear phones Works but sound is scratchy. It may be that I live in a remote area and not near an AM station??
