This is a very pretty micro mosaic pin from the Victorian era or later. Pin is composed of many small pieces of cut glass also called "tessarae". Glass mosaic pieces are set in a brass or base metal.

 

These are nouveau styled pieces were collected by my mother and over 40 years. These are probably gold filled with real coral. Two have C clasps and one has a safety, probably redone They are 1 1/2" l

 

This pin was made in the Victorian era. It measures approximately 7/8" x 1/4" x 7/8". I have graded the condition of this item as good but is small. Please review all of the photographs and condition
